Site Surveys We will be pleased to come to your plant to investigate your production issues, and suggest retrofit or green field solutions.

Feasibility Studies After preliminary assessment of your technical and production data, we will present you with multiple options with budgetary estimates, and benefits and payback analysis.

Conceptual Design We will prepare a conceptual design based upon the selected feasibility option, including system architecture, equipment lists and cost estimates, and a preliminary plan for retrofit and commissioning time and effort.

Project Execution Upon approval of the conceptual design, we will assign and project manager, prepared detailed schedules, drawings, bills of material, software. We will procure and manufacture all components. We will conduct factory acceptance tests which you may witness, and deliver the components to site.

Installation It is your choice. You can do the electrical contracting yourself, contract a third party electrical contractor or ask us to do the electrical work. We are an electrical contractor capable of installing the field wiring, mounting of instruments and panels, and connecting all components of the system.

System Integration We will test the entire system (hardware and software) after it is connected. Together, we will perform a site acceptance test confirming all functions. We will provide on-site training of your operators and your maintenance staff.

Support Our systems are warranted for one year after entry into service. After the warranty period, our extended service and support packages provide regular maintenance visits for calibrations, drive adjustments, loop tuning, battery checks and replacements. We also can monitor your operation remotely at our 7/24 support centre.
