Living in Saskatoon

Head Office is located just north of Saskatoon, SK, just off the Yellowhead trans Canada highway.  Saskatoon has all the services and cultural events of larger centres without the traffic congestion. Saskatoon boasts of its affordable, family oriented lifestyle. No commute within Saskatoon is longer than 20 minutes. The city is home to a large (20,000 student) university, which anchors a growing high technology business sector.

Saskatoon, known as Canada's Science City, is home to the Canadian Light Source (CLS) synchrotron. There is a thriving entrepreneurial community in Saskatoon with a diverse range of technology based start-up companies in the fields of genetics, biotechnology, highway control, audio/video production, software, mineral exploration, and communications. Saskatchewan has a very penetration penetration of inexpensive high speed internet service throughout the entire province. Saskatoon is also the location of a number of large multinational companies (for example Cameco, Potash Corporation).

Located in Central Canada, there are excellent air connections to eastern and western Canada, as well as multiple daily direct flights to the US. Two hours north by car, brings you into the Canadian Shield, a world class vacation area of coniferous forests, deep cold lakes; a vast area which is the best boating, fishing and game wilderness on the continent.

Many visitors to Saskatoon are pleasantly surprised by our weather. Saskatoon has the highest number of sunshine hours of any Canadian city. Summer consists of very long, warm, dry days with dramatic sunsets. Winter is sunny, crisp, white, and Canadian.

Living in the Ottawa Valley

Our eastern Canadian office is located in Carp, a rural village 40 minutes west of downtown Ottawa, in Canada’s “Silicon Valley North”.
